Thank you for being part of our community. Whether you're here to read, learn, or receive coaching, we appreciate your support~ Please review the following refund policy, which applies to all tiers and roles.

General Policy

In general, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, subscriptions, or coaching services. All sales are final.


Membership Tiers

Free Member
Enjoy selected content at no cost. No payment is required or refunded.

Committed Hunter (Paid Blog Subscriber)
Gain access to premium blog content. Because digital content is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is processed. You may cancel future renewals at any time.

Guided Hunter & Elite Hunter (Coaching Clients)
These tiers include personalised monthly coaching.

Coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Sessions must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed or unused sessions will not be credited or refunded.
  • If the Coach needs to cancel, a make-up session will be arranged or a pro-rated refund may be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

Creator: Responsible for delivering quality content and coaching services in a timely manner.

Reader: Subscribes to and consumes content responsibly. By subscribing, you agree to the no-refund policy.

Client: Receives coaching. Responsible for showing up to sessions and managing reschedules per the policy.

Coach: Provides dedicated coaching time and resources. Coaches may offer alternative arrangements if unexpected cancellations occur on their end.


Extraordinary Circumstances

We understand that rare issues can occur. Refunds may be considered only under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous billing
  • Technical failures that prevent access to purchased content or services

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and are granted at our sole discretion.
